Hello,
I'm an Integrative counsellor based in Burry Port and also able to offer online counselling.

My experience is mostly working with PTSD, Complex Trauma and Interpersonal Trauma. Symptoms associated with this can include flashbacks, nightmares, hypervigilance and negative coping strategies such as addiction or self-harm.

I can provide a positive psychology approach towards managing anxiety, stress and depression.

When faced with a particular issue, event or decision I can offer a solution focused-brief therapy to process and move forward.

I often use creative strategies towards processing trauma or for inner child work to increase self-esteem and help you examine your values, attachments and relationships.
