What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to help tenants who find themselves facing a landlord who is trying to take advantage.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I felt that there are not many property consultants who focus on the plight of tenants. Often property consultants act for both landlords and tenants, which creates the potential for a conflict of interest.
Why should our clients choose you?
I act solely for tenants and I have done for 20 years. Whilst I always strive to find a pragmatic and sensible solution, I will fiercely defend tenant rights if necessary.

I can consult remotely in most circumstances, although I often need to visit your property.
