Hi, my name is Mark Temple from a small family run business, Temple Maintenance. I am writing today to make you aware of the services we offer, in the hope that we may be of service to you, now, or in the future. We offer a reliable, trustworthy, wide-ranging General Handyman service.

This encompasses tasks such as fitting a new door lock, full house refurbishment, litter picks, general interior and exterior tidy ups. We specialise in apartment communal areas, carrying out lighting checks/ bulb replacement, light cleaning/Estate agents landlords cleans etc.

We work by either set price or by the hour. All Quotes are free, however if a report is needed and we have to investigate the problem in more depth we charge £45.00 plus your commission.

We work with yourselves and your tenants, to achieve an outcome that suits all. The approximate area we cover generally encompasses the M60 corridor.
