This was the first time we had used a Catsitter and we were exceptionally pleased with Stephanie. She obviously has a great way with animals and sent us daily photos of our cat, Freddie, playing with her while we were on holiday. Stephanie looked after our two cats for the past week while we were on holiday. She visited our house to feed them, clean up and play with them. They looked like they had as much fun on holiday as we did! We loved that Steph sent us regular photos and updates - hugely reassuring to see photos of them happy and playing! Steph had our wee dog for 9 nights whilst we were away this year and we couldn’t be happier with the service. From a professional meet and greet to continuous photos of our dog whilst we were away and daily updates. Roxie was out every day meeting new friends and enjoying herself, spoiled with company and completely looked after. Stephanie watched Leo our 4 year old cat over the festive break, she came in twice a day to feed him, clean his litter and spend time, we got daily photos and lots of updates and Leo was really well looked after would recommend her over and over she did a great job. Lovely girl and we had no worries leaving her keys, she also showed us her various certificates and disclosures etc and we felt very assured by this, will use again that is a def. Steph looked after my dogs Aika and Bae for a few days when I was away visiting my family. It is very important to me that my dogs are being cared for to a very high standard in a home environment, and not kennels, as Aika was recently diagnosed with pancreatitis and this is a tricky condition to manage. Bae is a very sensitive rescue dog, and requires delicate handling.
Steph cared for my dogs as if they were her own, took Aika to the vet for a check up, sent me pictures and kept in touch all the way through.
Aika and Bae settled in well with her and they trust her.

Steph takes our two cockapoos out and provides a first class service. She is kind and caring, exactly what you want in someone who is looking after your pets. Our dogs, Cooper and Cash love her and get so excited when they see her because they must associate her with great walks and playtime. Fantastic to be able to go on holiday without the worry/guilt of putting my cat, Simba, in a cattery. He loves to be outdoors so would hate being stuck in a cage. Stephanie looked after my pedigree cat while I was away on holiday for 10 days. My cat boarded at Stephanie’s house. Stephanie kept in touch throughout my holiday and sent photos of my cat regularly.
