What do you love most about your job?
I get a kick out of introducing people to modern technology, and help them see how flexible it is and how it will benefit them both now and in the future.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It was a natural progression. Having been a successful support engineer with De La Rue, and computer sales engineer with GEC and Systime selling solutions costing up to £200K, starting a data networking business excited me.
Yes I am a techy, but I have over the years learned to chat with non-techies about what can be done.
Being involved with the first integrated phone systems in 1997 brought with it technical challenges that I loved. What we sell now is called leading edge technology, but when I worked with it in 2000 and it was called bleeding edge technology.
NSN engineers are very familiar with it all and make it all very simple for our clients.
Why should our clients choose you?
I provide a great deal of experience of dealing with various phone systems, data networks and various software solutions.
That experience is rarely charged for.
NSN provide my clients with an excellent service. Support charges are included within the packages we provide, and when things go wrong engineers answer the call and get issues sorted.

Except for the installation of internet connection all the services are provided remotely.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We help our clients keep their staff safe from Covid-19 by enabling their staff to work from home as well as the office. Indeed, with internet access they can receive business calls wherever they are. I have received and made calls whiulst on holiday in Thailand and callers had no idea that I was outside the UK as calls sound the same.
