I reached out to tekie after seeing a post regarding business telephone solutions. They have been great from start to finish. I ordered 4 telephones and 4 users with tekie, they set up everything for us and came to our premises to install the phones free of charge. It was nice not to worry about setting it up alone. I had one small issue, but they had a guy turn up within 2 hours to rectify the issue which is fantastic. Ever wanted a Sky Q mini box in your outbuilding but can't run an ethernet cable? Sky currently only offer the option to run a cable, this is where we come in. We can install a mini box in an outbuilding wirelessly! We can fix network connectivity errors too. We can setup sky in multiple rooms without the need of multiform boxes, this works just like the old way did on Sky HD. Talking off Sky HD,we can help with that too.
WiFi optimisation
A lot of the time poor wifi is due to poor product placement. We offer wifi mapping, which provides us with a heat map to tell exactly were the dead spots are. We can relocate the router or install access points, providing whole home wifi.
