What do you love most about your job?
I really enjoy fixing system issues, no matter how hard or easy it may be. It makes me feel really great to know if I fixed an issue where it benefits the customer.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've always wanted to run my own IT repairs business and grow the business to a national IT repair organisation. I really enjoy troubleshooting and fixing technical issues and alongside of my experience in managing and running an business too, so I've decided to do this business.
