TechniTuit provides technical support, repair and tuition in the area of IT and multimedia. We are primarily a local Cornish company supporting home users and small local businesses. We specialise in removing malware and viruses from PCs but also have experience working with Apple Macs.

What do you love most about your job?
I have always loved fixing and working with technology since I was at school. It is also extremely rewarding being able to help or teach someone. From a client who is frustrated with a slow computer, to someone who wants to learn a new skill, I aim to be emphathic, patient and help clients find solutions to their problems and leave them feeling confident.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I like the flexibilty of working my own hours. I am trying to get my work-life balance correct!
Why should our clients choose you?
TechniTuit listens to the requirement of their customers and works with them providing a very personal, bespoke service. Clients are mainly local and TechniTuit will come to their home or work place to under go the work unless it is more time or cost effective to repair the technology at the office. Many customers have commented on a prompt service and clear advice and tuition particularly for people who are not IT literate and do not like technical language.
