What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy the different problem solving challenges given to me by different clients. Finding different solutions for individual problems gives me a sense of accomplishment.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I previously have experience in the IT industry. From being an engineer to running a successful help desk. I wanted to use my experience and bring a more personalized IT experience to the client.

We have the systems to provide support online and remotely if necessary. Our remote management tools allow us to remote into devices and provide a full remote support experience. This service has the added benefit of being cheaper than on-site visits.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our business was established during the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore all our safety procedures have been designed from the ground up for COVID-19.
We offer no contact shielding pickups for the clinically vulnerable. We use PPE plus disinfect all devices. We also offer a postage service for those that don’t want to leave their home.
