We are a provider of Personal Training located in Prestwick Village, close to Ponteland and Darras Hall. TECfit are fitness professionals who, using an individualised approach, assess, motivate, educate, and train all clients of all ages regarding their health and fitness needs.

Personal training can be delivered from our private indoor location, at your home or in a local park. We can help you drop dress sizes, tone up, run faster or just be a little more comfortable in your body.

Providing a science backed, tried and tested style of personal training, following guidelines and advice from mentors and industry leaders; along with a combination of 20+ years delivering fitness in both group settings and Personal Training.
