What do you love most about your job?
The people. Being a source to answer questions, solve problems and help individuals reach their "Ah-Ha!" moments is priceless and so enjoyable for me as a tutor, a mentor to experience!
What inspired you to start your own business?
My wife of 20 years. She has been my rock in more ways than I can state. She saw in me, the potential to empower others with my knowledge and easy disposition and approachability, matched with the gift I believe I have been given, to break the most complex of content for students, into easy to digest data.

I am fully involved in the education of each student I am fortunate to tutor, to the extent each of my students know they are safe to be themselves, to learn at their pace and to ask questions (without fear) to their heart's content. Plus I am a fun tutor!

I provide 100% of my services remotely not only because of Covid-19; I have always provided Online tutoring services before the pandemic, with the intent to show people that they can learn as well remotely as they can in person. It takes a creative, innovative, interactive approach, which is why I have been so successful with my current student body.

Computer Lessons (1 hour minimum)
I deliver 1 on 1 and group tutoring to individuals seeking assistance with computer skills or mobile device skills on a basic to intermediate level.
I provide tutoring on OS (operating systems) like Windows 10, macOS to mobile device OS, like iOS and Android, as well as hardware, software applications and even Networking. I also take special requests for students who have specific tutoring needs for their computer learning.
CompTIA Exam Preparation Tutoring (1 hour minimum)
This a service that currently has the largest concentration of students I tutor.
In this Covid-19 era of time, many individuals are now re-thinking their current careers and more are now beginning to navigate toward a career in the Information Technology arena. In many cases, that means individuals who are seeking to move in this direction, have to get an IT certification just to be considered nowadays for an IT position.
I provide CompTIA certification exam preparation tutoring for these certification exams:
• CompTIA A+ 220-1001 & 220-1002
• CompTIA Network + N10-007
• CompTIA Security+ SY0-601
• CompTIA CySA+ CS0-002
• CompTIA CASP+ CAS-003

Customer Special Requests (2 hour minimum)
If you have a specific need for tutoring (i.e. learning how to connect a router to your network, or needing help with a Word document format, etc, adding or removing software, etc.), I carefully assess what your specific computer learning need is and work to help you meet your desired goal(s). This service can also be selected if computer or mobile device troubleshooting is needed.
