This was the first time I ever had hypnotherapy. But Tracy was really helpful and made me feel at ease. After my first session It already helped with my habits . And will be using Tracy again for other problems. I would highly recommend it to anyone. X More...

Tracy's hypnotherapy as a massive help to me. I had issues with day to day habits which I just could not kick, also sleeping and she was extremely calm, relaxing and very understanding. She really takes time to get to know your circumstance and make you feel at ease. Thank you Tracy, honestly really helped me get where I needed to be. More...

Q&As

I love watching how clients grow with confidence throughout their journey. I love the raw honesty that comes with each session, and the self realisation that they can do it,they can be in control of themselves.

My own child had anxiety when starting secondary school, but had suffered with it many years before, at the time I did not recognise this. He refused at the outset to see a therapist so we worked together for a few years, both increasing my knowledge and his confidence as we journed, at the start we used workbooks and then I started re training as we tried new things and progressed together, and to this day is still my volunteer for anything new I want to try. Eventually I feel in love with my new occupation, I had a successful business in youth training at the time that was very stressful and new I could use all of my previous experience to help children and young adults which is what I love doing now.

We you don't have to, there are plenty of therapists out there, but I pride myself at look at the whole picture, and do like to find solutions that fit otherwise it would all be pointless. I will use mindfulness, NLP.CBT, counselling and hypnotherapy just to start with, then if they are not right for you we will look at a whole host of other therapies that are.
