This is by far the BEST customer service I've ever faced. The driver had issues with the delivery given that I made a mistake while providing the house number. He called me and spent 15 minutes at the phone following my instructions on how to find the place. He even asked a restaurant nearby to leave the delivery there (I've asked him to do so) to ensure that the cake was properly delivered the day of my brother's birthday. He received it in perfect conditions and was amazed on how tasty and good it was!
