I was really nervous about having a wisdom tooth removed. Firstly Maxine the receptionist made me feel so at ease chatting and laughing so it took my mind off it. Graham and his lovely assistant were absolutely brilliant, so kind, calm and caring. Chatting away to me and making me feel totally at ease. Having been a patient at the Keighley practice since Taylored took over i can honestly say i have yet to have a bad experience. Graham and his team are polite,professional and put you at ease from the moment you arrive. All of the treatments i've had have been fully explained to me and you honestly don't feel a thing. not been to a dentist in years due to a huge phobia and was in absolute agony with a broken tooth. after a week of it getting worse I knew I had to get it sorted. I just want to say thank you to the staff at the Wibsey branch. From the receptionist who listened to me crying down the phone for at least 15 minutes because of how scared I was just making an appointment and listened to my story, then got me an emergency appointment an hour later, to the dental nurse who reassured me when I was crying, held my hand and rubbed my hair at my request (we laughed over that too but it's really relaxing) and who chatted to me when I was outside waiting to go home, and finally to the amazing dentist who not once rushed me, gsve me time to calm at each point, did everything to make sure I felt nothing and was comfortable and calm and answered every one of the 100 questions I had. on my way out I even booked a new customer consultation for a full check up. thank u so much! I have been with this practise since they took it overcome, all staff are very friendly and must put nervous people at ease. We go to the Keighley branch and our dentist Graham greets you with a smile and has such a lovely manner you know your in safe hand, Yesterday I went to see Sarah the hygienist and again a lovely young lady along with her assistant, having never been to a hygienist I was a little apprehensive but I needed have been , she was so gentle and explained fully what and why she was doing . Absolutely fantastic service both treatment and customer care from Ioan and the team. Having a brace was an easy decision for me, I just wasn’t sure which “type” was best for me. Went here for the very first time yesterday. I rang desperate and in pain as my normal dentist couldnt fit me in before my holidays. The reception staff were very polite and understanding and helped get me an appointment within 3 hours of my call. The dentist was kind and caring and explained everything fully.
