Cannot recommend the team at LUX Dome any less than being excellent from start to finish! I requested an afternoon tea setup as a surprise for my wife’s 30th birthday. The team explained everything that would be involved and understood that everything had to be set up before a specific time. The setup turned out to better than expected and everyone loved the mad-hatter theme. If you want something different, something unique, the LUX Dome is definitely something worth exploring!! Thank you for making my sons Covid isolation birthday much more brighter than it would have been. Can’t fault the customer service AT ALL! Even after some teething problems that required you to come back, you did so swiftly and without hesitation! The birthday card was a lovely personal touch! Absolutely fantastic experience with the ladies and the Lux Dome! We hired for my nieces birthday and they made it so special for her! It looked amazing and all the personal touches were great! Lockdown or not, I can’t recommend The LUX Dome enough. The team of creative ladies couldn’t do enough for me to arrange a surprise anniversary dinner and cinema night for me and my partner. They went the extra mile adding small touches to make everything just a little more special and they took control of the entire event making it completely stress free.
