I needed a Birthday cake for my daughters 30th . I had no idea what to do or look for. Having given Carol the brief she soon came up with some marvellous ideas. The finished cake was fantastic and my daughter was thrilled with it . The cake was wonderfully moist and the taste was just like my wife used to make .
