I've used this firm for many years and it has always been a great service, where now most drivers know me/my family/friends and get on really well with all of them and ordinarily I would seriously reccomend you to anyone. Sadly, some of your new drivers are really letting your good name down. I'm absolutely sure that they're trying to take advantage assuming I'm not local because of my accent and deliberately taking longer non direct routes to where I want to go. For example today, I've asked to go to Leeds station - my current driver has gone into the centre of Halifax and gone the back route rather than straight onto the A629 to the M62!! He has also just stopped for petrol with the meter still running!!!! (has the flat fee disappeared?) This is something you really need to look into as historically, you've been great, but I'm honestly considering taking my local business elsewhere unfortunately as it is becoming very frustrating & I'm losing trust in your drivers More...
