Hi, I do all aspects of Property Maintenance , from fitting bathrooms and kitchens to changing a light bulb, I have been in the trade for the last twenty odd years, I do a lot of work for a Housing association , nursing homes, rental accommodation & on domestic homes Any job is considered, no job is too small, all advice and quotes are free.

City & guilds 2382 17th edition electrical regulations
Domestic Electrical installer Logic Certification (Part P)
NCFE level 1&2 in construction crafts (plumbing)
City & guilds level 2 plumbing
City & guilds Basic plastering skills
City & guilds intermediate construction- site carpentry
Bpec certificate of achievement – disinfection of water systems
Health and safety
Certificate from the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (iosh), Managing safety.
Certificate from The work place health & safety advice centre Manual Handling Train the trainer course.
E-learning certificate in safeguarding children and certificate in safe guarding vulnerable adults.
