How long have you been in business?
We have been in business for six years plus but experience in construction for over 10 years at medium to high level projects.

Depending upon project requirements: 6 months, 1 year and/or 10 years
What do you love most about your job?

What inspired you to start your own business?
Three generations of family members creating and adding value to property owners commercial and private.

- 6 months written guarantee for all of our completed projects that includes workmanship and usual guarantees upon materials supplied which usually span for years (new build can gain a 10 year warranty if requested and is subject to a charge)
- Weekly updates thoroughly laid out using a tick box weekly schedule system, so you are never in the dark-always in the light. With larger projects a professional programme of works will be followed and supplied.
- Structural drawings for submission to building control and to assist in any structural work to the regulated standard (if required)
- When work has been completed to building regulation satisfaction and in accordance with the building regulations, you will receive a Building Regulations Completion Certificate that you must keep with the Deeds of your property. (Dependent upon project).
