I am a warm, empathic experienced counsellor working in person Hove and also offering remote online counselling. I work with adults. Many of my clients approached me as they were feeling depressed or anxious. Some have major life events happening and many feel like they need to address the issues that are holding them back from living a happy, complete life.

What do you love most about your job?
Developing relationships with my clients and watching them work through their concerns and fears to become happier and healthier.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I want to help people grow and be happy! I enjoy organising my own schedule but also am part of a counselling collective to help me continue to develop me skills.

Yes, I offer zoom or facetime sessions as well as face to face sessions locally.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
If you visit me in person we can remain socially distanced and I am happy to wear a mask. We can keep windows open in my Hove office.
