Cant believe that after agreeing to pet sit for us tallywags leave a message on the answer phone to say they couldnt do it the night before we go on holiday with no explanation complete joke of a company stay well away is my advice. Hi, sorry to hear you was so disappointed with our company. We try are best to not let any new clients down. Number of phone calls was made to try and contact you for an explanation we cannot help unforeseen emergency situation come up which then requires us to cancel at such short notice. We do always advise booking consultation visits in weeks/ months in advance so all it organised and sorted long before owners are due to leave for their holidays rather than the day before as this was a short notice booking. We do apologise for your the unfortunate situation that did occur but as explained on cancellation we cannot forecast emergencies that come up in our own lives behind the business. Sarah was really lovely and offered the service I wanted.

My two cavapoo's, Kevin and Arthur go with Sarah and Zoe twice a week for play time and love it. Can't recommend them enough, feel safe leaving my boys with them while I'm at work, and trust them to look after them both as well as I do myself.

Heike loves her walks with Sarah and the Talley Wags team. Its great to see the photos showing how much fun the dogs have together on their group walks. On the few occasions I'm home when she is collected, its so reassuring to see how exited she is just to see the van arrive and them the excitement when Sarah comes to the door. My dog has been out regularly with sarah for 18months and he absolutely loves it. He has integrated well with the other dogs and is very sociable. I was having a lot of problems with my dog who was suffering with separation anxiety and had a fair amount of behavioural problems to go with it! Sarah has not only taken her out regularly on walks to socialise with other dogs (with photos of my dog and her new friends so I can see!) but also provided some much needed behavioural advice and training. I wasn't sure at first but meeting Sarah and talking through my initial concerns really put me at ease.My dog is a different dog now and I feel like we understand each other so much better!I'd recommend to anyone considering a dog walker. We can't say enough good things about Talley Wags! Sarah and her team are amazing at making you feel at ease and keeping you informed as to your pet's adventures! We started using Talley Wags when our Rodney was only about 9 weeks old for puppy home visits, and now he has gone on to the group walks which he absolutely loves! Sarah and the Talley Wags team have looked after Harvey for over 3 years. He loves his daily group walks and is happy and well cared for.
