I am a qualified counsellor with a person-centred approach and a background in mental health & Psychiatry, with a special interest in depression and anxiety.

As a Neuroscientist and a Counsellor, I would like to help individuals improve their quality of life. I will provide knowledge and skills that you can implement into your daily lives.

I have been using my counselling skills for 8+ years in improving the lives of people suffering from clinical depression and anxiety. It is a pleasure to say that I enjoy helping people and being a part of their amazing recoveries.
