Take Steps Personal Fitness offers 1-2-1 training in the client's home together with nutritional advice (optional). All training with Rachael, a female level 3 Personal Trainer who understands the pressures of everyday life, and how that can impact on your fitness and diet. All training tailored to suit client's individual goals and ability with step by step progression. Training is usually a mix of cardiovascular exercise to increase your calorie burn and resistance exercise to promote the development of lean muscle to give that 'toned-up' effect. All nutritional advice based on the principles of a balanced, healthy diet - no fad diets! The aim is support long term sustainable weight loss. All equipment is provided and you will receive thorough instruction and guidance. Rachael believes that fitness should be fun, so whilst all training requires effort, it is also hugely enjoyable. You will want to keep coming back for more.
