What do you love most about your job?
We love making our clients happy by providing a genuine face to face service with no hidden approach. We ensure we are out on the ground every week checking in with our clients, managers and staff to ensure our company is delivering an impeccable service at all times. We thrive from seeing our staff working for us and keeping our company reputation to a very high standard. Our staff mean a lot to us and this reflects on the feedback that we receive and why people love to work with us.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We formed Tailored Security Solutions based on the great feedback we both received from our Security Staff and many clients upon our departure from our previous roles. We planned the journey several times and then decided it was time to take the leap and embark on a new and exciting challenge. We both have a very strong and very genuine passion for the industry and thrive from making our clients and door supervisors feeling valued. For our first 6 months we didn't do any marketing, no social media presence and built ourself solely for the customers we have gained a great lasting relationship with over the years. We still are the private security company nobody is talking about - we like it that way and so do our customers.

What you see is what you get. Two genuine Directors with a real passion for this industry and wanting to make the difference. We don’t pretend to be the best company in the UK and we don’t deliver false promises to our clients. We are the security company that nobody is talking about. We have no negative feedback and go about our business in our own way and our clients love this about us.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We follow all directions from our clients. If they have measures in place then we make sure our staff enforce them.

Whether it be a small bar out of town or a huge nightclub in the town centre, the job itself doesn't change and we've got tonnes of well equipped and established SIA personnel at our disposal to use to protect you, your customers and business.
