I have been to a few places over the year’s to train but Tactical Transformation’s is honestly the best place I have been I highly recommend this place to everyone… I’ve only been here for 3 weeks & I absolutely LOVE it & already seeing changes & improvements… when I saw military trainers I was a bit put off but after speaking to the head coach Ryan he soon put me at ease I’m not going to lie these guys put you through your paces but the motivation & encouragement is outstanding (remember if it was easy everyone would be doing it) everyone is really friendly & it’s like a big family. . being able to stay for a coffee & a chat after a workout is fantastic as we all get to know each other which is a big plus… always on hand to answer any questions.. if your looking for something different then this is definitely the place to be 💪 More...

Quite possibly the best gym I’ve been to. The sessions are brutal but fun, you automatically put in more effort when here. The coaches are all first class and know what they are talking about. Everyone there who you train with is really first class, friendly and push you on. We’ll just had my first ever session & I’m hurting in places I never knew I had... But not once did I think WTF am I doing here, because I know why exactly I’m here. .. I’ve done 6 week challenges before & kept it going but with COVID lockdowns etc so very easy to fall off the wagon, so it’s been a while since I’ve been near a barbell. The atmosphere was brilliant & the coaches tremendous, easy to see they are x military & it felt very like a boot camp. I want & need to be worked & challenged.. Wow. Just completed my 6 wk challenge. Saw a recommendation from a mate and thought long and hard as I find the gym very boring. Very daunting at first but an amazingly supportive group of people, Strangers, Friends, one team with the same goal, to be better and helping each other get to where they need to be. That one extra rep can be so hard on your own. So pleased with my results with only half the recommended commitment due to work and family life. 15lb down and 6.1% off body fat!!!! In 12 hours??? Helped along by the really easy to follow online recipes and nutritional guides. Ryan set me targets for calories and protein hints and tips along the way. TT delivered what they promised! Amazing group to join, ive just completed the 6 week challenge and managed to drop nearly 9% body fat. Best decision I've made - I definately prefer this to a PT or Cross fit as I feel like im being pushed much further. Attending TT sessions and making my best effort to live a healthy lifestyle has become an integral part of my everyday routine; this is a statement I never thought I would form, as the least fitness-inspired human on planet Earth. This miracle (!) is testament to Ryan's meticulous planning of sessions, charisma, knowledge and expertise of, and within, the fitness world. It is therefore, no surprise, that he has managed to create a course and community that is supportive, caring and worth every penny you will invest. Becoming a member of TT has not only improved my physical fitness but crucially, my mental resilience (only one word: barbell) and above all, has introduced me to incredible friends who have spurred me on throughout. I’ve just finished 6 weeks with Tactical Transformations and would recommend them to anyone who fancies a different kind of exercise class. In 6 weeks, every single class has been different, all equally challenging, but fun all the same. Ryan has created a great concept and fulfils every session with his motivation and cheeky smile. The group is super friendly and supportive and everyone is encouraged every step of the way. No one is left behind. I’m feeling stronger and more confident and have TT to thank for that. I have just finished my 6 week transformation and feel great! I did feel a bit anxious for my first session but slowly got into the swing of things. The people are totally welcoming and that made it easier to get the motivation to go!!! I've always enjoyed a challenging workout and these workouts certainly are that! Ryan and the guys are so supportive, especially when I had Covid and with an ongoing injury where there had been some adaptions! Well after what has been the hardest couple of years of my life, resulting in me piling on the weight and just feeling completely rubbish about myself, I finally gave myself a kick up the backside and joined Tactical Transformation six week challenge. As someone who would be too intimidated to step foot in a gym environment, TT is 100% the best thing I could have done. Both physically and mentally. From getting out of bed in the morning, to trying new things, facing new challenges every session and feeling such positivity when proving to myself I CAN do it! Meeting the nicest and most supportive group of people. I couldn't recommend this enough to anyone!! Ryan Hall passion and dedication for supporting people to achieve their goals shines through and I can not thank him enough for all his support, encouragement and ultimately his patience with me! Just finished doing the 6 week challenge with TT - managed to lose nearly 2 stone & drop 10% of body fat! I’ve tried plenty of PTs, Gyms and Class stuff before but none have really clicked for me. But TT has! Really challenging sessions that push you to the limit. The recipe books have been a big help to me… I can’t cook and was a 10 takeaways a week sort of guy! Really simple ideas with instructions even I could follow. Signed up to be a monthly member now. This is just the beginning… Game on! More...

During the 6 weeks of training I have increased muscle percentage by 4% and decreased body fat by 4.1%. I have gained 3kg of muscle whilst maintaining my body fat which I’m really pleased about. The training definitely pushed me in areas I did not expect, however from session to session I was able to feel the difference in my physical preference! Overall, I am pleased with my outcome and definitely must point out the amazing team I have worked alongside with. The motivation, support and fun is definitely surrounding each session! More...

For the past 6 weeks I have been doing a boot camp course with Tactical Transformations. In 6 weeks I have dropped 6% body fat, gained muscle mass, got fitter, stronger, and I’m feeling healthier and happier. Ryan Hall is a fantastic coach, every session is well planned, and never had the same workout twice. The encouragement from the rest of the group is second to none, everyone motivates and supports each other. I’ve now signed up for a year’s membership, and can’t wait to see further results. I started the 6 week challenge, quite scared to be honest, I'm no good in new situations. I joined the 6 week challenge as I wanted a new type of fitness regime and something that would challenge me. TT delivered this 🙂 Can I just say this group has it all, everyone is so welcoming, we all work together and push each other to our limits. The support from the trainers is amazing and I feel that each session i am pushed to my limit. The support for the nutritional side of things is great too. I love the fact that this course is focused on you as a whole, not just focusing on exercise or nutrition , but both. This has also helped with my low mood, even on the days I don't feel like going to a session I know that I will feel positive afterwards. overall after my 6 weeks I achieved just below 6% body fat loss, which I was so happy with 🙌 I have signed up to the monthly subscription and I have challenged my self to the christmas challenge 🎄 I can't wait to see how much more progress with the support from everyone at TT More...

One of the best courses I've ever been to this one! The Sessions are brutal and different everytime! so good to be around people challenging themselves! I have always been someone who was interested in fitness and working out however I was really struggled finding any motivation to do any form of exercise recently. I messaged the TT team and was sent information instantly and invited to attend the facility to look around. I joined straight away and it has been the best decision I have ever made. I was so nervous on my first session but all the members put me at ease straight away. I have never been part of a group that are so supportive and have the ability to push you through when you feel like giving up. I have progressed so much in my strength and fitness in the first 6 weeks alone. I can’t wait to continue my journey with the TT team. It’s not easy, but nothing worth having comes easy! More...

The term ‘If it Doesn’t kill you it will make you stronger’ most definitely applies to this program. I leave each session thinking the next session could not be as brutal as that, then you go to the next session and find it’s even more brutal. Ryan and Hannah push you to your absolute limits, limits that you think are impossible, are actually possible. I signed up to tactical transformations on a whim, bored one afternoon and using any excuse not to head to the gym. My fitness journey has been a long one, I can probably say I’ve been on a diet for at least the last 10 years. These last 6 weeks have been the best of them all, you don’t have to limit anything and I still make a weekly trip to the pub, this really helps you stick to plan. As for the training and the whole group, everyone is so inviting and helpful, pushing you and encouraging you to keep going. Ryan and the others trainers are amazing as well. I can already see a massive difference in both the way I look at food and my health. Here’s to the next 3/6/12 months. More...

I was first introduced to TT 7 weeks ago, At first I wasn't sure if it was to far out of my comfort zone. After speaking to Ryan face to face I thought what the hell, I want to get fitter and lose a bit of my gut so I signed up for the 6 week transformation and I'm bloody glad I did! ! After going through all the different nutrition's and things my body needs and how to keep an eye on my calories it was time to start the actual training. The training is far from easy but I guess if it was easy then we wouldn't need the support and drive that all the coaches offer. The whole team and members are super friendly, supportive and encouraging. I have now completed the 6 weeks and in those 6 weeks no two sessions have been the same and that makes it much more interesting and exciting. After finishing the 6 weeks I lost 18lb and 6% body fat!! My mind set and eating habits are in a much better place. I'm now proud to be a full time member and made some great friends to work out with. In a nutshell if your reading this then your already thinking about joining, Just do it!! I joined Tactical Transformations six week programme after a friend recommended it. I was searching for a place to really push me into getting fit after the horrors of 2020. I’m now 4 weeks in and boy did I find what I was looking for! Ryan really does push you to your limits and beyond, leaving you feeling incredible when you exceed them. I was unsure at first how much I'd enjoy the experience - after hearing "military fitness test" and "run laps of the building", you're left questioning your entire life choices but it's all worth it considering what you get out of it and thanks to the incredible people you train with it's actually surprisingly fun. Due to all the training and nutritional information (which isn't an 'extreme diet' but instead about calorie deficits and surpluses), I'm now feeling so much stronger and healthier - I can even hold my own weight up! Let's not talk about my running though... Despite that, I have now signed up for a long-term membership despite my past doubts, which Ryan was always there to eradicate and remind me of my potential, and I am super excited to start training in the dark and cold 🥶 To summarise, if you want somewhere where the coaches are 100% genuine and dedicated to helping you, where the training covers all aspects of your body and where you're surrounded by like-minded people who also think they've gone mad, then Tactical Transformations is for you. After a tough pregnancy, giving birth to my daughter and then going into an 18 month lockdown it was only when my daughters christening was looming that I decided it was time to knuckle down and get back into shape! I saw these crazy guys training and decided that it absolutely looked like what I needed and I was so right!! I was terrified signing up for the 6 week transformation but I’m currently 4 weeks in and I can’t imagine not continuing ! I’ve lost weight and body fat, gained muscle and I feel so much more confident in my clothes than I did! No silly diet, no ridiculously low calories and fun, exciting workouts with a great group of people that keep me motivated to keep going! Before signing up for tactical transformations I was in a rut of wanting to lose weight but comfort eating because of how I felt about myself & my body and also paying a gym membership but not going for a year or driving there and buying chocolate from the shop next door and going home…. woops😶🐷🤷🏼‍♀️. This group is the perfect way to get me going & start to do something about it. I’m just in to my 4th week of this course & I shocked myself at how much weight I’d lost in just 3 weeks. It’s improved my fitness & strength in ways I didn’t think were possible. Ryan is an amazing coach & has helped me over come a hell of a lot. I decided to join Tactical Transformations as I had lost interest in training, and my nutrition had started to slip. I saw the adverts on Instagram and Facebook and thought to myself, just do it! I can honestly say its one of the best spur of the moment decisions I’ve made. From first speaking to Ryan on the orientation, to then having my first face to face with him about the nutrition and training, I knew it was just the accountability I needed to get me back on track. I wont lie the classes are hard but Ryan and the coaches have a way of pushing you out of your comfort zone and pushing you through to get the results you want. The coaches are always on hand to help you with any training / nutrition queries or even just simple motivation. Everyone that is part of the group is welcoming, very supportive and great fun which makes the sessions a great place to be and be part of. I’m coming up to my fifth week at tactical transformations and I cannot recommend it enough! Every single session is different but every session pushes you to your absolute max. The sessions are so fun, whilst you might question Ryan’s sanity on your 5th shuttle run with a weighted backpack🥵 him and the rest of the team are incredibly motivating and supportive- they consistently go above and beyond to make sure every member is meeting their goals. tactical transformations has done more for me than just motivate me into losing some weight and toning up. the group sessions have opened up opportunities of meeting new people and has done wonders for my mental health and I've found some really amazing people along the way ive become to feel as part of a unit and your cheered on not only by coaches by your group members to. I quit my gym 3 weeks in to my 6 week transformation because I work so much harder at bootcamp than I did working out alone at the gym and it was an easy no brainer decision. believe me it not for the faint hearted and everyone has their each different struggles but it's worth so much more and week by week some exercises I do better and better because of the progress and hard work I've put in. would highly recommend 👌 More...

After all the changes in my life over the past year I knew I needed to find something that would keep me active and motivate me back into a routine so with six weeks till a holiday to Greece, the #OPSLIM transformation sounded like a good idea. Half way through and I am loving it. Every session is different and everyone there is lovely. Always encouraging and lots of laughs along the way! Ryan isn’t joking when he’s says you’ll leave dripping in sweat but this plan along with the nutrition and guidance has put me back on the right path and I’m looking forward to the year ahead on this new journey. I’ve joined up to Tactical Transformations six weeks programme since lockdown, for motivation with meeting my weight loss and fitness goals. I’m delighted with the progress so far, seeing brilliant results in losing fat and improving cardiovascular fitness and strength. The group is great for support and ideas, and Ryan's bootcamp classes are brilliant. This is much more effective and better value for money than any well known ‘diet’ plan I’ve tried, of which there are many! More...

I literally have no words how much this group has restored faith in my fitness journey! Even before I joined, Ryan was there with support and encouragement and now I also have a great bunch of people to keep me going daily! For the price, you'd be absolutely blown away with what you receive, the exercises are something else too, not once have I been bored or though I couldn't do it! I’ve just finished week 2 of my transformation and I’ve already started seeing changes. My clothes fit better, I feel more confident and I really look forward to each class. Ryan has a way of getting me to keep going even when I’m ready to give up. He puts up with my moaning, supports me when I have a wobble and has had me doing things I didn’t think I could. Ryan loves what he does and it rubs off, I’m excited to see where I’m at by week 6. It’s like no class I’ve ever done before but I am so pleased I gave it a go.
