I started working with Lee as I wanted to become more confident at the gym; I felt like I was spending quite a bit of time in the gym without feeling as if I was making any progress. Since starting to work with Lee I have so much more direction and have made massive progress. I wasn't sure I wanted to go into the free weights area, but with Lee's guidance I felt confident enough to start using the free weights and I haven't looked back. Lee is a great PT as he is always interested in making sure the programme suits my lifestyle, he is always ready to respond to my videos to help with technique and is unfailingly positive. I’ve worked with Lee for over 8 months now and he has helped me improve my overall fitness and wellbeing significantly.
We trained online during lockdown and thankfully we’ve been back at the gym but whatever the circumstances, Lee’s programmes have always been highly effective and have really helped me achieve my goals . Lee has great knowledge and is also very patient in his delivery. He will challenge you but he’ll ensure you have the right technique before increasing the difficulty. I have been working out under Lee's guidance for over two years. My first challenge was to bench 100kg's, which we exceeded! I was super pleased with the progress.

Lee is great for encouraging and pushing you to your core goals, but also very astute at guiding you through the technical aspects of reaching those goals. I ask a lot of questions during my sessions, and every time I test his knowledge and he isn't sure Lee will research and come back to me. I believe this is very important.

I've gained a lot of knowledge from our PT sessions. Would definitely recommend!

I started with Lee just after the final lockdown, and has been so helpful in increasing my confidence to be able to come tho the gym and do a workout on my own. Training with Tactical Fitness is fun and not what I expected when I originally looked into hiring a personal trainer. My trainer Lee has a very down to earth laid back attitude but still pushes me to do what needs to be done to get to my goals, I’m a fan of the quirky stories and amusing Anecdotes too. Punching him in the kicking him in the stomach during combat sports is also surprisingly fun although I’m not sure if that’s part of the standard package or if I just keep missing the pads lol. When I started training with Lee I expected to keep going for a couple of months: nearly 2 years later I’m still training with him (which says it all).

As well as helping me to reach my goals, he’s taught me how to train (‘progressive overload’ means something to me now). Lee’s helped me push through what I thought were my limits and I’m lifting weights I never imagined I could.

From the age of 14 I have been curious with fitness. Starting with bodybuilding, then adding in powerlifting, martial arts, yoga, circuits and running.
I served 6 years in the Army from the age of 16 and left doing other jobs for a few years before realising I can do what I love to do as a career. I actually quit a 40k a year job to start a career in PT.

Plus new experiences and types of training that will have a positive psychological affect eliminating insecurities and building confidence by having them do things they didnt think were possible.
