I'm a integrative psychotherapist and couples counsellor. I hold Accredited membership of BACP. I'm also an EMDR Therapist and am a member of the EMDR Association.

What do you love most about your job?
Helping people work through their issues and seeing them gain confidence in themselves.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to be able to set my own diary and I felt that I could help more people.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Working online and within my office face masks and hand wash are provided and the office is cleaned between clients.

Integrative means that I can adapt my work to suit different client needs.
I work with adult clients only and couples aged 18 above.
I work with all types of issues including bereavement, anxiety, depression, trauma, family dynamics, stress, childhood trauma.
I am BACP Accredited.
I work with couples as well and these sessions are 1.5hrs in which we would explore attachment styles, family dynamics and communication in order to help the relationship.
I am also an EMDR Therapist and work with PTSD, phobias and trauma. These sessions are also 1.5hrs please see rates below.
If you live near to me I can do face to face but the majority of people are now wanting online sessions due to the convenience of it. I offer Skype, zoom, WhatsApp video and telephone sessions.
Sessions cost £50 for an hour and £75 for an hour and a half (couples & EMDR)
