What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
Building a first class rapport with my clients and making sure we both know exactly what the requirements of the shoot are.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
I'm always keen to know more abut the client personally, their needs and motivations and how they see their business growing. I always start by understanding how the client sees the end result working for them and work backwards to ensure 100% satisfaction.
What do you love most about your job?
People and pictures. A good business person fundamentally understands their client and market - and offering a photographic service is no different. I produce my best when working with like-minded people, who want their products to be shown in the best possible light. My product is my work, so it makes sense that I too want my work to reach the highest possible standards.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I realised there was a niche market for high quality product photography for smaller businesses and online retailers. I connected that with the knowledge that although all businesses and people are different, there is a need for bespoke, excellent and budget conscious photography, no matter how large (or small) the client business may be.
Why should our clients choose you?
I'm a relaxed, easy going perfectionist - you pay nothing until you are happy with the end results. I also take and edit every single image personally, to make 100% certain that each image is as good as it can be
