Using a range of massage and stretching techniques to aid recovery from exercise or injury to help you achieve your full potential.
1 hour initial consultation including posture analysis, massage and possible stretching modalities if required, followed by agreed subsequent sessions to meet your needs and budget.
Deep Tissue Massage
Relieving muscular aches we all experience from our day to day activities, working positions or posture that we carry with us all day.
Whether that is from a previous incident, ongoing musculo-skeletal issues, condition or disease, using massage techniques to bring about a reduction in pain or discomfort, increase flexibility and ranges of motion allowing you, your muscles and joints to move easier.

Exercise in the comfort of your own home Monday, Wednesday and Fridays.
6am & 7am - 50mins of either lower body (Monday), upper body (Wednesday) or cardio (Friday) workouts.
8am - 30mins aerobic exercise to start your day on fire!
