Richard Sime , the engineer who came on 31 December was very helpful and efficient and was able to identify the cause of my TV reception problems as being with my very old aerial and install a new one very quickly. He also explained clearly the two possible options for my choice of new aerial and how the TV then tuned in the all the extra channels. The office staff at headquarters were also very proactive about keeping in touch and were able to fit in my engineer visit at the earliest opportunity that I could be available, which was much appreciated given that it was the weekend between Christmas and New Year when the problems first arose . Aerial mast snapped, hence, needed a repair urgently as no TV reception available. Called 'TV Aerial Company' who were able to attend on the day. New aerial fitted to the existing broken mast. Prompt result and quick fix, can't fault the repair only two negatives, it would have been nice to have had the old aerial taken away and the horrendous cost. More...

We had Paul Piggin from TV aerial company come out to fix our sky problems today. He was trustworthy and went above and beyond to help sort out two issues. This wasn’t easy with no rear access to our back garden. It involved jumping over neighbours fences with ladders. We wanted to install a 49 inch TV in a tricky corner location. Shaun arrived with a range of wall brackets to choose from. Within a few minutes, I could tell that he was very experienced and knowledgeable.From where I was sitting I could watch him working. Whilst drilling holes he held the drill in one hand and a dustpan in the other, right underneath the drilling, so no brick dust escaped. Whilst fixing the large (swivelling) bracket, he continuously kept checking his spirit level. When the TV was safely secured to the bracket, he connected the power and aerial, and gave us a good introduction to our first smart TV.We are very pleased with Shaun's installation work and would recommend him to anyone.
