Im sorry for an inconvinance but i have tried to contact you 5 times about your invoice i have send you a. Receipt Which you are not happy with it was one tile i diddn’t get to meet you or the tennat i agreed to do the work wich was carried out succseful i sent you a Recipte witch you replied “No, I want an invoice for yesterdays work “ i was on a roof witch means i couldnt give you one at that present moment i have even offerd to give you a full refund and you are still not satisfide but yet whants me to do more work as i say sorry for any inconvinace and there was no problem with my work just an invoice

Turn up on time, gave me a quote after looking at the job of cleaning out the gutters, we negotiated a price which we both agreed on and he got on with it.
