What do you love most about your job?
I really enjoy working with people and building relationships. I like the variety of my work and that it also gives me the opportunity to run training, which I also really enjoy. The fact that it's the type of work that you can't really prepare for - you never know what a client is going to bring - makes it challenging, and mentally stimulating.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I like the freedom to choose my own working hours and work environment.
Why should our clients choose you?
Apart from my training, qualifications and work experience, I bring a lot of life experience to my work. This helps me to be empathic and non-judgemental to the experiences of my clients. I think it's important to be able to connect with clients, and I believe that I'm warm and friendly, and not too imposing! I am pretty relaxed in my work-life, and I think that clients get a sense of this.
