We initially chose to work with Sync or Swim as they demonstrated good communication, technical knowledge and had a body of well executed work. The team worked with us to refine our script, bringing their own creative suggestions which added value to the overall sequence and production. Phil and Kerr were a pleasure to work with as they have an infectious passion for what they do and work in a calm and professional manor due to their well organised planning.Adaptive to our last-minute requests, Sync or Swim delivered our snippets and video on time and to a high standard. Our promotional video proved highly effective for purpose as a social media campaign, and generated a fantastic level of engagement.Overall, Sync or Swim delivered a good product at a cost-effective price and we do hope to work with them again. In April of 2016, we used Sync or Swim to help assist in our video production needs. We were looking for a video to help share information about what my company, Orbit Enterprise Education, does, and why stakeholders should get involved with the work we do. I contacted the team via email, and received an impressively quick reply. We met over a coffee, and the whole video process was explained succinctly and clearly. We agreed on a fantastic deal there and then.The actual filming process didn't disrupt my business at all, and was handled in a professional way. Sync or Swim Productions were a breath of fresh air to work with. In the initial discussions Scott was great - laying out exactly what we could do, how it would be shot, etc.
On the day of filming Scott and Phil were fantastic. I was extremely impressed with the amount of kit they came armed with! The were great with our team members and directed them in a polite and professional manner.
Best of all - the final product. Exactly like we asked for. We will definitely work with Sync Or Swim Productions again.
