 Budgeting, Forecasting & Variance Analysis: Production & Management of yearly budgets & quarterly/monthly forecasts with detailed variance analysis contemplating market strategies & encompassing revenues & pricing policies for products/services, incentives policies, direct standard costs, marketing expenditure, labour costs, general overheads and other expenditure.

 Management Accounting: Preparation of month end journals and Production of Management Accounts with detailed Key performance indicators (KPIs), Cost & Profit Centres Analysis and Departmental Analysis.

 Financial Accounting: Production of Group and Single Entity Statutory Accounts for Private Limited Companies & Plc. Consolidation of accounts including intercompany & multi-currency transactions & balances.

 Cash & Treasury Management: Production & Management of quarterly and monthly cash-flow forecasts including multi-currency transactions and balances maintaining effective working capital management.

 Business Analysis: Production of analysis reports, business plans spanning over 3 & 5 years & detailed business reviews for management meetings and decision making.

 Internal controls & Business processes: Conduct internal reviews, identify areas of improvement & make recommendations to improve overall effectiveness and efficiency. Initiate & draft internal control processes.

 Corporate Governance & Companies House: Compliance with Corporate Governance principles, SOX and Companies House regulations, Annual Returns filing and other BOD matters.

 Accounting softwares & systems: SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SRM, HR, BPC, S&D), Sage, IRIS, XERO, Quickbooks etc.
Excel (Vlookups, Pivots, Sorting, Subtotals, If etc.), Word & Powerpoint. Xero Certified Bronze Status.

 Payroll: Calculations & submissions, expatriate matters considering social security agreements with EU and other countries, Benefits in kind (P11Ds), pension contributions and administration.

 Corporation Tax: Calculations and filing, preparing detailed listings & schedules, quarterly instalment payments, transfer pricing matters including berry ratio analysis and other considerations.

 VAT Returns & Regulations: EU Rules, Disallowed, Exempt & other standard rate treatments.

 Management & Mentoring Skills: Lead and managed teams & trained colleagues on various matters.
