Sydenham Grooming

My dog was groomed there today. He was handed to my husband outside the door. His harness wasn’t attached properly and he ran off. The groomers chased him and managed to find him although now he’s suffering with bleeding paws and is now having difficulty waking due to running away. All they concerned about when giving him back to my husband was whether he’d paid or not!!!! We will never use them again More...

Would not rate this place at all. Rude, hostile and very ignorant people all three members of staff. I was charged for a full groom which I didn’t ask for, and they didn’t even do the full groom just shaved my cat and would not refund me nor would they do the full groom. Lied and said a full groom only includes shaving but it is stated differently on their website. Rude manager Ana then wasted police time with false allegations made about me and then lied to the police again on the phone while I was there. Also seems strange how they advertise contactless payment/card payment but then demand cash, no card payments. More...
