I would avoid at all costs. Syd will look at ways to charge more money from clients by making them believe there are a lot of other issues with the computer. He re installed windows 10 on my desktop pc and then said there was a problem with one of the hard drives as a message was appearing saying access denied when i tried to open it. It was just a case of signing in to an admin account on the computer and clicking an option which allows access to the drive. However Syd did not look at this option even when i clearly told him to and instead made me believe there was a problem with the hardrive. He took my computer home and then brought it back the next day and charged me triple the amount then i should have paid by just creating a new folder with all my data on it and saying he carried out data recovery. I took my pc to a computer shop and straight away they allowed access to the hard drive and said that Syd had just copied the same data from the drive to a new folder and that there was no issue with the hard drive. I called Syd and explained this to him and all he did was remain quiet when i asked him why he lied as a way of making more money. He is very clever in cheating people I would avoid at all costs. Corrupt drive Syd came out day after contact and diagnosed problem starting windows took PC away returned 2 days later replaced drive reinstalled all files. PC is mint starts in less than 10 secs.
