I founded Sybiltec in early 2020 with a mission to make web design affordable to all. Four years later, I'm proud to say that I have helped over 30 small business owners to improve their online presence, whether that is creating a beautiful new website, improving an existing one, or simply providing guidance on how they can leverage the power of the internet more effectively.

What makes a great website?
A great website is one which is attractive and keeps visitors engaged. Some elements of a great website include:

I love the freedom of being able to work where I want to and when I want to! And of course, the opportunity to meets lots of interesting people from a wide variety of industry sectors.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Whilst studying for my Computer Science degree, I met with many students from the Business School who inspired me by creating innovative solutions to difficult challenges. I was the proud winner of the Big Ideas competition in 2018, and as a result I got the opportunity to pitch my business idea against 12 other teams around the world at the Global Entrepreneur Challenge at Virginia Tech (USA). After graduating, I felt that the traditional route of getting a job, working for someone else, then retiring, did not appeal to me. I wanted to do something different and make a positive impact in my community. So at the beginning of 2020, I decided to start Sybiltec.

Yes, I can provide my services online or remotely. In fact, I work with most of my clients on a remote basis, as that gives us the greatest amount of flexibility and keeps costs down.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
During the COVID-19 pandemic, I operated on a remote-only basis i.e. all clients meetings took place online.

Website Maintenance
Your website managed by a professional. This service is applicable to you if you update your site regularly but don't have the time to update it yourself.
Web Development
One-off tasks performed on your website. For example, setting up an appointment booking system or installing and configuring an e-commerce plugin.
Website Review
A report of your website with details of any issues found and how to fix them. This service is applicable to you if you have a website you want to improve but don't know where to start. The report covers design issues, mobile friendliness, errors, SEO and much more.
