Lewis could not have been more accommodating! I explained my circumstances of being 30 weeks pregnant with no heating or hot water and he was around the next day to see what he could do for me. He booked us in 2 days later and his colleague fitted our new boiler all in one day. Lewis and his colleague went above and beyond and did an absolutely fantastic job. Excellent service boiler broken down they came out 2 days after I rang they do charge for this to see if it can be fixed, it needed a new part they had to order it which could take a day or so which we never had no heating they rang and said they could fix it on the Friday so it was fixed after 3 days off them coming out so I think that was pretty good thank you swift engineering

I called Swift Heating on Tuesday morning in a mad panic because my boiler was leaking. Lewis came out by lunch time, assessed the issue and had quotes with us for both repairs and a new boiler within a couple of hours. Fantastic quick service. Our old boiler suddenly had a fault and was only working intermittently. Lewis came to check it out the same day and advised us that our old 17 year boiler could not be fixed. Very good quote given for new boiler, date for installation fixed for between Christmas and New year. However boiler subsequently stopped working altogether, no heating or hot water. Lewis quickly brought the installation date forward to 17th December. Workmanship on the day was excellent, Jason and apprentice Jack did a great job, all fitted, working and cleared away by early afternoon. Thank you all. More...

After ringing 5 companies and having no luck, I rang Swift and they were out the next day to diagnose the problem! Replaced my water heater and got us up and running with hot water again within a week. Lovely team and really helpful. Would recommend! More...

Had Swift in to change from conventional to a combi boiler, and also fit new radiators in two rooms. Fantastic “swift” (😃) response to our initial contact and all work done to a very high standard. Great team, very polite and keen to look after the customer. Cleaned up as they worked, and invested time in training the apprentice. Also came in hundreds of £’s under local competition prices, and explained all work clearly. And a Town fan too ✊️. Thoroughly recommend this company. Keep up the great work Lew, Jase and Jack! I’ve recently had a new boiler fitted from swift heating they was really fast at coming around to look at my old boiler and get me booked in to have a new one fitted on the day 2 very polite men came to fit the boiler they was so helpful at showing me how it all worked and they kept everything super clean while they was working once they had gone you wouldn’t have even know id had work done in my house they hadn’t left any mess at all can’t thank you all enough will definitely be recommending you x
