What do you love most about your job?
I love transforming peoples mindset when it comes to health and fitness. I thrive from achieving my clients goals and helping them live a happier, healthier life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to work for myself because it allows me freedom to work with clients without restrictions of the way a 'business' want you to work.
Everyone is different, every client is different and has different lifestyles, mindsets, goals, illnesses etc. Therefore the way I want to work with my clients changes every time. I am adaptable.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I follow all the guidance from the government and will adapt the way I work accordingly. Additionally most of my training is outside therefore its more Covid safe.
