Great couple of guys. Very prompt and courteous. Cleaned up as they went. Worked through some appalling weather to replace felt and broken tiles, also cleaned out the gutters. Cared about the Aesthetic’s of the roof as made sure from the main viewing side was all the same tiles. And not a patchwork of new and old. Thanks Levi and co. Came out straight away and done the work. Was very nice guy, very satisfied with the job, will use him again.

We needed our facias and soffits redone due to them being old and starting to rot due to being wood so I put a post on a local group in which Levi from Swale roofing got in contact.
Levi was very polite and came on time to give us a quote, he was the only person that took the time to get up and check out the facias and soffits and take proper measurements he also checked our roof for us which was found we had loose bridging tiles. We was happy for this to be worked into the quote.
We was happy with the quote We was given and went ahead. They arrived on time on the date arranged, and did such a good job. We are so happy with the facias and soffits and glad the roof is sorted also. We will definitely be using Swale roofing again in the near future.

They responded quickly to my query re gutter clearing. They gave a price before starting and then during the work took before and after photographs of the gutters. They checked the down pipes and demonstrated the gutters and downpipes were working properly by using a hose to run water into the gutters.

Swale Roofing was very responsive and proactive- they replied within 60 minutes of putting the job request out on Bark, as did a number of others. We sent initial pictures and they confirmed interest to quote formally almost immediately. Their advice was good onsite Identifying the problem and talking through their proposed solution, producing a formal quote 24 hours later and being available to start within a week as it was a medium sized one day job they could fit around other work.
