We were flying in overnight from the states and needed to get a transfer from London Gatwick Airport to our Travelodge in Greenwich. After reading the fabulous reviews, thought I would take a chance on EA Transfer. We had some difficulties leaving our home airport, as the plane had some issues and it kept us from leaving for 3 hours. Being an overnight flight, I had no way of contacting EA Transfer to notify them of our delay. No need!! They monitored the flight and knew we would be late. We called once we got on the ground and the driver said he was waiting nearby, just call us when we finished customs. Sure enough, one call and he was there waiting for us! So nice that they keep track and will wait. Our driver was professional and friendly. The car was a MPV-5 and was clean and spacious for our family of 4 (all adults) and all our luggage.We used the same service on the way back to Gatwick, 2 weeks later. We had the same driver, very efficient, got us to the airport on time and was pleasant. Would definitely use this service again! We glad that we chose England Airport Transfer for our transport needs from London Heathrow airport. We booked this service based on the reviews, and it was an excellent choice. We received a confirmation via email shortly after we had booked their service with specific details about the car and driver. Our driver was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. It took a while to get through immigration, but he waited for us the whole time and even called and sent texts to assure us that he was still around and in the waiting area.
