I am a neurodivergent coach, comedian and trainer.
I am an ex teacher (17 years experience) and have taught all ages (5 to 65) in a variety of educational settings. I made the leap to self employment this year prompted by the pandemic and have not looked back!

What do you love most about your job?
I absolutely love helping others build confidence to be be their true and authentic selves. I love meeting new people and am genuinely interested in them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have longed to start my business for years but did not know where to start or if indeed it was possible. All I knew was that being a full time teacher in our stressful education system was taking it's toll on my health and well being.
When the first lockdown happened I was furloughed. I took this as an opportunity to complete my coaching diploma and build the foundations of my business.
When the opportunity for redundancy came up I took it. I have never looked back and am so happy with my choice. I am now coaching, teaching comedy improvisation and delivering autism training to the local YMCA.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because I am a relentless optimist who care deeply about my clients and their results. I am neurodivergent (ADHD, autistic, tics and OCD) so I know first hand the challenges that having a uniquely wired brain can bring.
I know how it feels to be so overwhelmed that it is difficult to know where to start. I have felt shame in not being able to 'get it together' enough to do the housework. To forget what I have just been told if the instructions are too long.
I am now in a position to help others to find their voice, their confidence and the practical steps needed to feel in control of their lives.
