What inspired you to start your own business?
As a father and son business, we decided to work together to be able to spend more time together as a family. Both being highly independent people, we love taking care of our customers personally, from the first call, right to completion. What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As we work outside we can easily maintain social distancing from our clients, who can also pay on-line, avoiding the need for any close contact. We also bring our own coffee & refreshments, so although kindly offered we will not accept drinks from customer, again ensuring we maintain at a distance for the benefit of all of our mutual safety.
NB Please note that during Lockdown we are unable to undertake interior conservatory cleaning.
PATIO & DRIVEWAY CLEANING
PATIOS, PATHS, & DRIVEWAYS:
Your drive is an important first impression leading to your property and your patio is the main focal point of your garden, but nature and time take their toll. Unsightly weeds, moss, algae, grass, lichen and general grime can all hide the natural beauty that lies beneath, and in wet weather Patio's and Path's covered in algae can also be a dangerous slip hazard. Our award-winning 'SlipStream' surface cleaners use environmentally friendly means and jet-powered pressure to return your drive or patio to their former glory - rapidly and efficiently rejuvenate practically any outdoor surface. Including, but not limited to:
Indian Sandstone, York Stone, Block Paving, Tarmac, Concrete, Tiling, Reconstructed Stone, Limestone, Slate, Granite, & Marble.
WEEDKILLER TREATMENTS & RE-SANDING:
Most outdoor surfaces we treat with both a 'Pre' and/or 'Post' weed killer application and fungicidal wash (depending on the severity of the over-growth). This is to ensure that once those pesky weeds are gone, they stay gone! In addition, on block-paved driveways we also re-sand the joints using specialist weed-resistant kiln dried silica sand to replace any sand lost during the washing process.
OIL STAINS & CHEMICAL CLEANING:
Tougher stains and oil marks may in certain cases require specialist cleaning chemicals which we apply diligently and safely, making sure not to damage surrounding plants and grass, etc. Our variable pressure system also allows us to tweak our machines' cleaning potential. Meaning we can decide between a 'softer' program; so as not to damage any particularly brittle substrate/surface or particularly fragile/fresh grout, or a 'harder' setting; for particularly stubborn stains and tougher areas.
SEALANT APPLICATION:
As a final step, some of our customers ask us to apply sealant to the freshly cleaned areas. This helps protect the cleaned surface, like an invisible layer that locks out mud and grime, preserves the richness of the stones natural colour, and prevents weeds. We can apply our professional-grade sealant safely and with minimal interference. All of our work is carried out by polite, professional, reliable and honest staff who will ensure you are completely satisfied with the result.
CONSERVATORY VALETS
When a conservatory is newly installed it looks lovely, but unfortunately that look doesn’t last for long. Constant exposure to the elements and other factors like algae, mould, and mildew make it look run down and dull. We can get your conservatory back to looking bright, clean, and fresh, efficiently and cost-effectively. Our long reach water fed poles remove the need for expensive ladders/scaffolds, whilst allowing us access to all those high and hard-to-reach places. This, combined with our 'pure water' system (where the water enters a pressured resin chamber which removes the impurities and excess minerals to produce 100% pure water at the exit) provides a cleaning result we are sure you will be delighted with.

How Frequently Should I Have it Cleaned?
As the year runs by, it is very easy for debris, leaves and algae to accumulate on your conservatory roof and gutters, especially during the Autumn and Winter seasons when trees shed their leaves. For these reasons, you should clean your conservatory ideally at least once throughout the year.
FASCIA & SOFFIT CLEANING
Over time a property's fascias and soffit boards will become stained with a dark brown/green algae that grows on the plastic surfaces and drags the over-all appearance down.
