All of my sessions are held remotely via video call, thus freeing time for you and allowing me to help you more than the more "traditional " face-to-face counselling.

What do you love most about your job?
Flexibility, helping others through what can feel like the worst time of their lives. Seeing my clients come out the other side after counselling is an amazing feeling.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Because I am disabled, going to work from an office is difficult, so I felt that working remotely would be the best way.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am older, have tons of life experiences including depression, anxiety and other issues. My professional life is very young but I want to help others.

All of my sessions are remote via Zoom. I do not offer physical face to face counselling
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Zoom sessions only so I offer the best Covid safe options as clients are at home for sessions

If you feel that you have got stuck in a rut and need to change a few things, but cannot get going.

An updated approach to counselling but offered over a much longer period. It can take up to one year of weekly sessions.
