I have been in the property business for over 40 years so have experienced good and bad work. I recently asked Ryan Price at Surry Heating Specialists Limited to provide a quote to renew a boiler and heating system on a house in Woking that is rented. The quote was competitive. Ryan said he would be able to replace the who system in 2 days, (my experience with other heating companies is that it would often take a week or two, with the normal, running off to another job in between, so i took this with a pinch of salt!). Well Ryan and his team of 5, turned up at 7am and worked professionally and tirelessly, not stopping for a 'builders break and tea', and astonishingly the job was fully completed by 3.30pm on the same day. The tenant said how polite The Team were, they laid a plastic sheet on the stairs and even insisted on moving the Christmas Tree and all furniture and rugs back to the tenants satisfaction. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY HIGHLY ENOUGH!!!! Such a fantastic honest service from Ryan. What a top engineer. Totally knows his stuff. Ryan replaced a pump last year. However, I could not get hold of him recently when my hot water system went down again this week, so called another company, who immediately quoted to replace the 1 year old pump for nearly £500. But, hurrah then got hold of Ryan again, who went out of his way to come and diagnose the problem for himself. He found it was nothing more than a blockage and saved me hundreds of pounds. What a star! It is so rare to find such nice professional and trustworthy plumbers who really know their trade. I will always do all of my work with Ryan. So grateful, thank you! Being an indian its difficult to say thank you when parting with any amount of money however these guys deliver with a bucket of AWESOME SAUCE. I was let down by British Gas for a couple of weeks and made the best decision i could... I called Surrey Heating Specialists. They found of the fault, Upgraded my system, Fixed the problem and purchased an electric heater just in case something goes wrong (over night). They will also maintain my whole heating system for a year. £170 cheaper than worcester, £120 cheaper than British gas and 100% on time every time. you really can't go wrong. More...

After suffering a boiler breakdown over the weekend and faced with no heating with a young family I called a number of local heating engineers all of whom were unable or unwilling to tend to my problems at the weekend.
