I have known Suresh through Smule for over a year and a half! Though I was acquainted to him as a singer his open mic sessions on positive psychology got me keenly interested in the subject.
I liked his very friendly, down to earth and unassuming way of dealing with so many psychological issues of cosingers.
He constantly strives to restore people to normal, healthy and positive approach to life and living. His focus is always on the future, in helping people live a happy, unencumbered life. He has addressed issues of anger, insecurity, distrust, suspicion, addictions of various kinds, social media stalking,harrasment and abuse and many more issues related to day to day living that impact people heavily leading to stress and depression.
He gives the most appropriate, logical and convincing approaches and solutions to dealing such issues effectively and to leading a happy, liberated and purposeful life. He strongly recommends the 'bigger picture' in dealing with any crisis or situation. He has a huge store of information and can get to the crux of the matter with ease and his sessions are ever interesting with myriad anecdotes and a subtle sense of humour!
