Learning clients how to think differently towards training. Long term not short term. Showing them proper form, technique and breathing.

Focusing on the training rather than the results. Consistency breeds routine. Vice versa. Natural results are achieved through consistency.

Helping people meet goals starting from a modest level of fitness.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been training my whole life since the age of 10! Football etc.. than gym .. it was a natural transition since I train regulary.
