This guy was amazing, I had a computer problem, I emailed him a description of the problem and he suggested a couple of fixes which might work - he was right and saved me a lot of money and worry into the bargain. When I offered to pay him for his time, after all he may not have needed to come out, but he did spend time doing half a dozen emails! he refused and said just to remember him if needed in the future. Great service, great price, rapid. Laptop was overheating and conking out. Jamie really went the extra mile to sort it- a business that obviously pays attention to detail. He was able to explain exactly what he was doing and what I could do at home to prolong my elderly laptop's performance and lifespan, without making me feel like a total idiot. Turnaround time to be reunited with my machine was lightyears ahead of other companies I have gone to for similar work, getting it back to me in less than 48 hours ( I once waited 3 weeks!). V. Fantastic service! Highly recommended for any computer problems! Jamie has helped me, my family & friends with our computers & laptops whenever we have any issues & always makes sure we understand the problem & what our options are to rectify it. He has the most reasonable prices of all the computer repair companies we've used & when he fixes something, it stays fixed (unlike some other companies we've tried before!). He responds quickly to any messages & gives us honest advice on what's best to do. We never use anyone else now.
