What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy helping my clients transform their lives. My clients usually work with me from anywhere between 4 weeks to 16 weeks, but the shift they get in their Body, Mind and Energy will last with them their entire life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The philosophy and techniques I teach have changed my life. I see so many good people at a bad place in life just like I was a few years ago, before I hired a coach. I saw the power in deep coaching.
Why should our clients choose you?
I don't focus on what you need to do. I focus on who you need to be. Change is easy when you shift your identity. Because when you are a different person, you act differently.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are back to the hybrid model now. Most of my local clients come to see me at my office. However, 50% of my clients who are outside Aberdeen receive the coaching through zoom or teams.
