Small timer with no understanding of how business commitment has a domino affect, i pointed out i have a road show, i mentioned my dead line for them.
i paid almost £300 for card that i can get printed much cheaper because they promised to deliver. Today i send them an email clearly stating: i can't be let down last minute as you will leave me with no room to manoeuvre and i wont have a chance to print a backup cards somewhere else.
What did they do ? they promised that they will get the card delivered on time today, i drove 3 hours from reading to Lincoln waiting to collect them, like you would expect; no one turned up.
I had many task on my check List, i drove for 6 hours today 3 up and 3 down , because they promised they will be there, i could have been doing many other tasks..
I go to road show empty handed with big part of the exercise is to exchange card and i no backup plan ..
if you want to be let down make "Super Loser Luxury i want to ruin your business card" part of your plan .. make them your supplier of disappointment.
No Understanding of commitment, can not delivery on promise and when you give room to manage your expectation , they will "F$"£$ royally .
£300 you think it will buy the cards with pleasant experience, take your business somewhere else guys- once a small timer you always will act like a small timer .. "Super Loser Luxury i want to ruin your business card". is a small timer.

Ordered my luxury business cards in March to take to USA These business cards are elegant, stylish and luxury and worth every penny even though it’s cost me £4. 50 per business card.Customer service was simply spot on, fast turn around professional, polite staff to deal with.I travelled all the way from London to the north to order my business cards and Afshan provided me with lunch and refreshments and she even offered to have someone to pick me up from the train station due to the distance I travelled...
